Changes in Austin Police Policy

A few new changes in Austin Police Policy announced by Acevedo. Flanked by two of his harshest critics, Police Chief Art Acevedo this morning announced significant policy changes related to how officers conduct searches, deal with mentally disturbed suspects, and when they can fire their weapons at moving vehicles.
